- BMI reserves the right to change timetables in relation to courses.
- Refunds will not be made after classes have commenced.
- Full refunds will be made should a course not proceed.
On enrolment, each student grants permission to BMI to release their details to professional bodies for the purpose of assessing results and formulating pass rates in relation to BMI. Any information received in this manner will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will not be divulged to employers or other third parties without the express permission of the student.
