The Business Management Institute offers the Skills Module of the Fundamental Level of the New ACCA syllabus for the August '07 session.
The ACCA qualification is recognised and respected across the world, and currently has 345,000 students and members in 170 countries. The ACCA Professional Scheme is a highly relevant, targeted combination of both study and practical experience. The syllabus is a result of extensive research with stakeholders in the accountancy realm and as such future employers have a high degree of respect for an ACCA qualification.
ACCA Course Content
BMI offers tuition for the Skills Module of the new ACCA Qualification. The Skills module (F4-F9) contains six subjects which comprehensively cover the main technical areas that any accountant - regardless of their future career aspirations - are expected to have mastered. These comprise law, performance management, taxation, financial reporting, auditing, and financial management.

ACCA Registration & Fees
You can register with ACCA online or by post. Please note that in order to sit the December examinations registration must be by the 15th of August of the same year. For the June examinations students must register by the 31st of December of the preceeding year. For further details on the registration process click here.

Exemptions
- Exemptions from different modules may be granted by the ACCA. The exemption procedure is entirely at the discretion of the Association and BMI has no part to play in the above. To be directed to the appropriate section of the ACCA website regarding exemptions click here.
- Students should apply for exemptions at the time of registering with the ACCA. When enrolling at BMI we require that your exemptions be already determined.
- Degree holders may be exempted from some / all of the Knowledge Module of the Fundamentals Level (F1 -F3).
Further Study
On completion of the Skills Module Paper the Professional Level of the ACCA must be completed followed by the Practical Experience Requirement (PER). BMI will offer Professional Level tuition in 2008. For further information on the Practical Experience Requirement click here.
Course Structure and Pricing
The next course will commence in August 2007. Enrol online to reserve a course place. Payment is due a month prior to commencment date. You will be notified at that time by email to submit payment.
